You can learn the Craft with someone teaching you or through study. There are plenty of methodologies available; pick one.
Myself, I prefer Larry Brooks’ ideas and teaching, but find at least one to follow at least until you learn the minimum basics (which are quite high in today’s market).
This is a different game from Craft. No one can actually teach you to be creative. Seth Godin has something to say about that. My post on Craft vs. Art goes over the importance of creativity in the grand scheme of writing.
While you can’t really learn creativity, there are quite a few blogs which can give you exercises in learning your own creativity. Pick some out and give them a shot.
